一、設計服務內容
(一)設計服務范圍:
商業戶外廣場、商業室內公共區域、辦公區域及地下停車場的導向標識、標牌系統、企業LOGO。
(二) 設計服務內容:
1、方案概念設計階段
1)完善平面設計概念(形象體系的調整與修正)
2)確定文字應用的標準及規范
3)確定圖形的應用標準及其規范
4)各類標識的平面設計及版面規范
由招標人最終確認,如招標人對設計概念需進行調整,投標人應無條件響應
2、方案深化設計階段
1)完成所有標識布點規劃的平面點位圖
2)完成所有標牌的造型設計圖及工藝深化圖
3)完成最終的標識信息列表

1. Design service content
(1) Design service scope:

(2) Design service content:
1. Conceptual design stage
1) Improve the graphic design concept (adjustment and revision of the image system)
2) Determine the standards and norms for text application
3) Determine the application standards and specifications of graphics
4) Graphic design and layout specifications of various signs
Final confirmation by the tenderer, if the tenderer needs to adjust the design concept, the bidder shall respond unconditionally
2. The plan deepening design stage
1) Completion of the plan point map of all the signs
2) Complete the modeling design drawings and process deepening drawings of all signs
3) Complete the final identification information list
Final confirmation by the tenderer, if the tenderer needs to adjust the design plan, the bidder shall respond unconditionally
